Meet the Hands that Heal

Alice Halbert

Owner & RMT

With a deep-rooted passion for helping others, Alice brings a calming, client-first approach to every treatment. Her journey began in the spa industry as an esthetician, where she discovered the powerful connection between relaxation and well-being. That calling led her to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in 2018.

Since then, she has expanded her training to include Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Prenatal Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Cupping Therapy, blending clinical skill with the soothing flow of spa-inspired care.

At Knead To Flow, she focuses on nurturing the body's natural rhythm and supporting each client’s path to balance, restoration, and lasting wellness.
